Get to know us:  About - Gesa Credit Union   Role Summary: The Virtual Relationship Specialist assists members and nonmembers with their consumer deposit account needs. This team member has intermediate knowledge of all products, services, organizational policies, and procedures.  They are responsible for providing a high level of quality service while cross-selling credit union products and services.  The Virtual Relationship Specialist performs a variety of functions via telephone, email, and other means of communication to help facilitate the welcoming of new members to the credit union.   What You Will Be Doing: Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve Maintain the highest level of confidentiality relative to information received Assist members and nonmembers with establishing membership and/or additional consumer accounts virtually, ie. phone, web Process applications from members and nonmembers, and from internal departments within established service level agreements Perform consumer account maintenance, including name, address, and account ownership changes.
