What You’ll Be Doing

• Treat lawns, trees, shrubs, and structures to control pests and promote healthy landscapes
• Inspect properties and communicate recommendations to customers
• Provide friendly, professional service that builds long-term relationships
• Maintain equipment and keep accurate records
• Represent Colonial with professionalism and integrity

You’ll have autonomy in your day—but never feel like you’re on your own.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll do well here if you are:

• Reliable, motivated, and take pride in your work
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors
• Professional with customers and teammates
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Drug-free
• High school diploma or equivalent

Licensing (WSDA):

• Laws & Safety
• Ornamental Weed
• Ornamental Insect & Disease
• PCO General

Already licensed? Great.
Not licensed yet? We’ll train and pay you while you get there.

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay:

• $20/hr (no license)
• $24/hr (fully licensed)

Additional Compensation:

• Performance bonuses
