Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Treasury Department, Direct Bill, and Agency Bill teams with accounting-related workflows and issue resolution.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, helping document current processes and identify efficiencies

  • Understand how the team supports accounting operations that serve and support multiple agency locations

  • Help analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, or discrepancies

  • Understand how the department collaborates cross-functionally with finance, operations, and agency partners

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

  • Preferred majors include, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Excel

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
