Ready for a hands-on role with a schedule that gives you more time for life outside of work? 


Join our production team and work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, Monday through Thursday. That means your regular workweek ends Thursday afternoon, giving you a 3-day weekend to recharge, spend time with family, tackle personal projects, or simply enjoy more freedom.

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Overtime: May be available or required as production needs arise

What You'll Do

You'll contribute to multiple areas of production, working both independently and alongside a supportive team. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Operating production machinery and using hand tools
  • Cleaning and inspecting products, equipment, and materials
  • Performing quality checks with strong attention to detail
  • Following written instructions, verbal directions, and demonstrated processes
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with teammates
  • Operating a forklift when assigned and properly qualified
  • Helping the team meet production and quality goals
  • Taking on other responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for hard-working, dependable, safety-minded people who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read, understand, and write English as needed for safety, job responsibilities, and essential workplace communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use hand tools and handheld measuring devices
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong  verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic technology skills, including the ability to use computers, tablets, and smartphones for communication and work processes
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production position. Team Members must be able to:

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Maneuver up to 250 pounds using proper equipment and techniques
  • Stand and walk throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and reach
  • Work continuously with both hands
  • Read instructions, safely operate machinery, and visually inspect finished parts

Work Environment

This position frequently works in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment that is not temperature-controlled. Required personal protective equipment must be worn in accordance with the safety requirements established for the position.
