Scanning paper charts into Electronic Health Record

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESĀ 

  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and workplace safety.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
