We are a 45 year franchisee of Bojangles Operating over 70 restaurants in the Eastern NC and greater Richmond, VA area.

All Tands, Inc/Bojangles Managers attend an 8-week paid hands on training course to prepare them for success! Upon graduation from our training program, you will begin making an impact on your assigned store. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead, manage, and motivate a successful team.

If you have at least one year of Restaurant Management, Retail Management, or Military leadership experience and want an opportunity for career advancement, you are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Quick Service Restaurant Management or
• Retail Management or
• Military leadership experience
• Valid Driver’s License
