Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, welcoming, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of StyleCraft. In this role, you will set the tone for our company culture by delivering exceptional service to visitors, supporting team members across departments, and ensuring our daily office operations run smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Operations: Open and close the office daily; greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism; manage incoming phone calls with accuracy and courtesy.
  • Office Maintenance & Support: Oversee office aesthetics, keep shared areas (lobby, kitchens, conference rooms) clean and presentable, manage supply inventory, and coordinate incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Event & Meeting Logistics: Assist with planning company events and meetings, including coordinating meal orders, room setups, and reservations.
  • Administrative Support: Execute special administrative projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned to support various teams.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Customer-First Mindset: Strong dedication to delivering a high level of service to both internal colleagues and external guests.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Sharp observational skills with a knack for noticing detail and taking initiative before problems arise.
  • Technical & Admin Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and executing standard office tasks.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
