Administrative Assistant - Administration - Full Time - Days

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to members of the Executive Council. Serves as receptionist for the administrative suite.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION

High school graduate or business school graduate; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered. some college preferred.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years secretarial or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

None.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.  Must be able to type 65 words per minute.
