This role in summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of builder sales analyst within our National Builder Execution team. The location for this role is Virginia.
This role is responsible for driving the success of Whirlpool Corporation’s diverse products and services for strategic Builder Trade Customer accounts, including National single-family home builders.  The builder sales analyst will actively manage a large geographical region and be assigned Builder Trade Customer accounts, be responsible for growing the customer relationship, and will be measured on customer relationship key performance indicators and sales and training targets. We are seeking individuals that have proven diligence, perseverance and experience cultivating high level relationships with key decision makers of Whirlpool Builder Trade Customers.
Your responsibilities will include
Develop strong relationships with contacts at all National Builder site locations within assigned geographic territory
Provide all product and process trainings to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Support Single Family Welcome Meetings and help lead construction meetings, as needed to drive brand partnership, advocacy, product knowledge and field any necessary questions
Drive reliable and predictable order fulfillment through cross functional collaboration with order management and order fulfillment teams
Share impactful issues and root cause with National Builder Manager in order to raise awareness and drive change where needed
Meet with Division construction, sales, and purchasing teams on a regular basis to establish rapport and collaboration
Work closely with process partners to ensure delivery and installation excellence
Serve as point of contact for escalated issues not resolved by Builder Hub Team to drive timely issue resolution and customer satisfactionÂ
Educate builder contacts on policy and processes, as needed
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
1+ years of customer service or training experience
1+ years of experience with new construction building industry, residential single or multi-family construction
1+ years of experience with home appliance, specific to either retail, direct, business and/or national retail
Preferred skills and experiences
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills
- Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations
- Independent and motivated team player; ability to succeed in a self-directed environment
- Possess excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Operational background and history with Builder accounts
- Strong bias for action and quick problem solving skills for escalations
