Ferguson is now seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team!

Schedule:

M-F 8am - 5pm, plus one Saturday per month from 9am - 2pm.

Responsibilities:

Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify cabinets and a range of other products, which may include lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures
Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
Continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in sales within our industry will be considered
At least 1 year of experience with cabinet or interior design is required
Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD design software is required
House call and interior installation experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presence
Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
The ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $65,000 - $100,000 annually.
