Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children.
- Understanding of child safety and health regulations.
- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to nurturing young learners.
