Position Summary
The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Management department with clerical tasks and administrative projects.Â
Essential Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily wealth management transactions.
- Scan, file, and maintain electronic and hard copies of open and closed account files
- Arrange meetings and ensure appropriate reservations, when necessary
- Collect and distribute daily mail
- Other miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties, as assigned
Competencies & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work well within deadlines
- Ability to handle high-volume workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service acumenÂ
- Efficient, effective organization and time-management skills
- Consistent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with or without specific direction, as needed
