Collections Administrative Assistant

• This position involves representing ECS in collection efforts via phone, face-to-face, and e-mail
• Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining the collections database and relationships with clients
• You will work with office staff to achieve collection goals, prepare certificates of insurance, scan and link invoices or other related documents to billing files, and assist in revisions to invoices
• Other duties may include performing general clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, word processing, or other clerical tasks

• High school diploma or GED

• 0 - 2 years of experience
