What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service & project work
• Keep jobs organized by location and timing
• Turn frustrated callers into happy, repeat customers
• Update customer info in our dispatch software
• Work closely with managers, technicians, and project teams to keep the day running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience (phone experience is a big plus!)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Construction or home services experience preferred
