This is a full-time, onsite position in Richmond, VA with training provided and opportunities to grow.

What You'll Do

Enter and process customer orders accurately
Track orders from start to delivery
Answer customer questions via phone and email
Help with shipping, returns, and product inquiries
Keep records organized and up to date
Communicate proactively with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (phone + email)
Positive, customer-first attitude
Detail-oriented and reliable
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Punctual with reliable transportation
No experience required – we will train the right person
