Our doctors practice comprehensive general dentistry with the clinical autonomy to treatment plan based on their own professional judgment and skill set.

Compensation

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$350,000+

• No production cap — earn the greater of your daily guarantee or production

• Full patient schedule and strong earning potential

Clinical Practice

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Opportunity to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures

• Full patient schedule

• Fully digital, paperless offices

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians for new graduates
