Key Responsibilities

Paid Social & Digital Lead Generation

• Lead execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms in alignment with the internal marketing team's strategy.
• Optimize campaigns toward cost per appointment and revenue
• Scale winning campaigns and test new growth channels

Funnel Optimization & CRO

• Own full-funnel performance from click to booked appointment
• Lead A/B testing across landing pages, creative, offers, and messaging
• Improve conversion rates through structured experimentation

CRM & Database Marketing

• Develop segmentation and nurture strategies
• Improve database monetization and lifecycle performance of digital leads

Bring Your A-Game

• Fast learner
• Google Analytics Certification
• Google Ads Certification
• Experience in DNS forwarding using GoDaddy
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work dynamically within a team

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $50,000.

Location and Schedule

Embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work model, based in Henrico, Virginia.

This position is in office Monday-Thursday with a remote workday on Friday.
