Electrical Mechanical Assembler

Skillforce is hiring an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to build and assemble electrical and mechanical products at a manufacturing facility in the Richmond, VA area. This is hands-on production work — following blueprints and schematics, wiring components, and using your trade skills every shift.

Pay:

• $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, day shift
• Occasional extra hours based on production needs

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components following blueprints and schematics
• Wire components and perform equipment hookups per specifications
• Cut, bend, and thread pipe as part of assembly work
• Apply carpentry and mechanical skills as needed on the production floor
• Keep work area organized and document completed work accurately

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in 2 or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of the NEC
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Richmond, VA area
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
