We’re looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our team and help create memorable events and positive experiences for guests. No previous event experience is required — we provide training and hands-on support to help you learn the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, college students, career starters, hospitality workers, retail associates, customer service professionals, and anyone looking to build valuable professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist with setting up and preparing event spaces
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Help with registration, check-in, and event activities
- Support event staff with day-to-day event needs
- Help keep event areas organized, clean, and ready for guests
- Communicate with team members to make sure events run smoothly
- Answer basic guest questions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
- Take on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow
