As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you are the strategic engine behind SOAR365's top leadership. By providing high-level support to the President & CEO, EVP & CFO, and SVP of Community Engagement, you ensure that the architects of our vision can focus on what matters most: creating life-changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a vital liaison and strategic partner, the Executive Administrative Assistant maximizes the efficiency of the executive team by managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level communications, and facilitating seamless interactions with Board members, donors, and community partners. This role oversees the logistical planning for Board and committee meetings, maintains critical organizational records like Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, and drafts professional communications to foster key stakeholder relationships. Beyond daily administrative tasks and travel arrangements, the Assistant leads special projects and mentors volunteers or interns, ensuring all operations align with SOAR365's core values and HIPAA privacy standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualified candidates will bring at least 3 years of executive-level administrative experience, backed by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background. You are a highly effective communicator and a master of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the organizational prowess to manage competing priorities seamlessly. Because you will regularly handle sensitive organizational data, you must possess impeccable discretion and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality. As a primary point of contact for the Board, donors, and partners, your exemplary customer service skills and professional poise ensure every interaction reflects SOAR365's values.
