What You’ll Do As General Manager, you’ll lead the overall operation of the hotel while partnering closely with department leaders across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Human Resources. Your days will include: Leading and developing a high-performing hotel team Creating a culture focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence Managing financial performance, budgets, labor, and profitability Coaching leaders and preparing future talent for growth opportunities Driving sales, community engagement, and local partnerships Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met Solving challenges quickly while maintaining professionalism and composure Celebrating and recognizing associates who go above and beyond Most importantly, you’ll serve as the visible leader of the hotel — someone associates trust, guests remember, and the community respects.
