McWilliams is hiring an HVAC Installer in Sugar Land, TX. We’re open to a range of experience for this role — from install helpers ready to grow into the trade, to seasoned installers and leads who can run a job from start to finish. What You'll Do

1 year of HVAC installer or install helper | residential HVAC systems — units, ductwork, line sets, and accessories
Run or assist on installs depending on your experience level
Deliver clean, code-compliant work and verify system performance before leaving the job
Mentor or learn from the crew around you, depending on where you're at
Represent McWilliams professionally in every home

What We're Looking For

Installers of all levels — lead installer, installer, or install helper
Experienced candidates ready to lead jobs and entry-level helpers willing to learn are both encouraged to apply
Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Requirements

What you need

High school diploma or GED
Prior HVAC install experience preferred (helpers willing to learn welcome)
Must be at least 22 (company vehicle insurance requirement)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Able to lift 50 lbs or more and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas in varying temperatures
Unlicensed? No problem — we'll help you earn your credentials
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
