Position: Inventory and Operations Problem Solvers 

Pay: $21.00/hr + shift differential  

Work Hours: ID Logistics works various shifts, including: 

  • Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 
  • Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM 
  • Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 
  • Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM

What Success Looks Like 

As a Problem Solver, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and operational excellence by investigating discrepancies, resolving inventory issues, maintaining critical documentation, and supporting audit readiness. You'll play an important role in identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and ensuring warehouse operations meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of. Superior organizational skills are critical.
