Position: Equipment Operators 

Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hr + shift differential (final rate is dependent on machine operation and certification)  

Work Hours: ID Logistics works various shifts, including: 

• Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 

• Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM 

• Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 

• Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM

What Success Looks Like 

You'll safely move, store, pick, and stage products throughout the warehouse while helping ensure inventory accuracy and on-time customer deliveries. You'll operate powered industrial equipment, support inbound and outbound operations, and play a critical role in keeping the distribution center running efficiently. 

What You'll Bring 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications 

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

• Ability to successfully complete post-hire assessment 

How You'll Stand Out 

• Experience operating a Tugger, Order Picker, Reach Truck, Forklift, or other powered industrial equipment 

• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience 

• Experience with picking, put away, shipping, receiving, or inventory activities 

• Experience in a high-volume, start-up, or rapidly growing operation 

• Strong attention to detail and productivity mindset
