What This Position Is About:
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who takes safety seriously. As a Junior Safety Associate, you'll help keep our job sites compliant, our crews trained, and our safety culture strong. You'll split your time between office and field environments, making sure employees and subcontractors have what they need to prevent accidents and meet all applicable federal and state safety standards. Regular out-of-state travel comes with the territory, so flexibility and a road-ready mindset are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction safety role.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Able and willing to travel out of state on a regular basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Set the standard through consistent, quality-focused safety leadership on assigned sites.
  • Handle the daily rollout and monitoring of all company safety programs.
  • Run onsite training for crews and subcontractors and coordinate recurring safety workshops.
  • Expect a physical, active workday - roughly 80% of your time is spent on your feet.
  • Must be able to independently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
