Position Summary:

Line cooks assist with food preparation, follow recipes, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and possess a growth mentality. An ideal candidate focuses on service, education, and a positive kitchen culture based on trust and respect. Common House is a teaching kitchen. Learning and growth are high priorities amongst our team. Unlike other restaurants, we are a "from-scratch" kitchen that leans into creativity and innovation. The final plates and experiences delivered to our members from our kitchen is one you can be proud of.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred, but not required, 1 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Interested in sourcing ingredients locally and seasonally
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and take direction
  • Self-motivated, positive demeanor, punctual, strong multitasking skills
