Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Richmond, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Move heavy equipment and furniture
Clean, sweep, mop and wax floors and stairways
Maintain grounds and clean up debris
Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors
Perform painting and repairs as needed
Identify and report possible repairs
