Property Management Company is seeking a skilled Appliance Technician for a large apartment community in Richmond, VA.

The Maintenance/Appliance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances within apartment units to ensure tenant satisfaction and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and microwaves.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive repairs on appliances.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to complete work orders efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Communicate effectively with residents to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various residential appliances.
Ability to diagnose and repair appliance malfunctions effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls.
