Qualifications
  • Seeking a Managing Attorney for our Virginia office
  • The ideal candidate will be personable with a leadership background and five to eight years’ Virginia creditors’ rights experience
  • Equity share opportunity after a year for the right candidate
  • We are looking for someone who proactively and efficiently handles their workload with a focus on producing excellent work

  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership across firm
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a large volume of cases with speed and accuracy
  • Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Attending hearings and status conferences
  • Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
  • Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
