Are you passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and bringing new products and technologies to life? As a Process Engineering Technician, you'll work alongside engineers and production teams to support new product introductions, optimize manufacturing processes, and help ensure successful implementation of innovative packaging technologies.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $31.60/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
Support the validation of new products, technologies, and first-time production runs.
Assist engineers in developing, testing, and implementing new or modified production processes, tools, and equipment.
Support engineering improvement projects and implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Maintain production data, validation records, and line recipe standards.
Document operational control standards and verify equipment performance against engineering specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, equipment settings, and operational efficiency.
Identify risks and process deviations during product and technology introductions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical production line issues to minimize downtime and quality concerns.
Assist with defining equipment recipes, process qualifications, and production standards for new products.
Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support successful process launches and ongoing operational performance.
Basic Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, or engineering operations.
Working knowledge of process engineering principles and production equipment.
Experience with HMI interfaces and manufacturing equipment setup.
Strong mechanical aptitude, including spatial reasoning and understanding of basic engineering concepts.
Experience supporting product qualifications, process validation, or equipment setup activities.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
Ability to work both at a computer and on the manufacturing floor as business needs require.
Strong written communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Mechatronics or Automation Technology.
Packaging or packing manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI).
Experience working in highly automated manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset.
Spanish language skills are a plus.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $31.60 - $31.60 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
