We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations. Purpose: The Product Specialist’s mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience by offering in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and assisting customers throughout the buying process. Essential Duties: Greet customers promptly and courteously, offering assistance and information about our vehicles. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the dealership. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct test drives with customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the vehicles. Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, specifications, and options. Stay up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers. Maintain a high level of knowledge about competitive models and their features. Assist customers in navigating the buying process, including financing and trade-ins. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Other Duties: Support marketing and promotional activities as needed. Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle inventory to ensure a clean and inviting environment. Provide feedback to management regarding customer inquiries, concerns, and suggestions. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for automobiles and extensive knowledge of vehicle features and technologies. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
