We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Facilities Support team member. This role is key to creating a welcoming front office experience while supporting daily operations across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide front desk supportÂ
- Answer and direct incoming callsÂ
- Manage shared inboxes (receptionist, fax, accounts payable)Â
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveriesÂ
- Coordinate conference rooms and maintain meeting spacesÂ
- Monitor and restock office and breakroom suppliesÂ
- Support administrative tasks and internal communicationsÂ
- Assist with employee/customer events and facility needsÂ

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements
 Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Highly organized with the ability to multitaskÂ
- Proficient with email and basic office systemsÂ

- Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferredÂ
