Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Richmond, VA team.

This position provides ABA therapy services for pediatric clients ages 2–14 and offers a consistent weekday schedule working closely with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs play an essential role in helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
Availability required between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain timely and professional session documentation

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

Qualifications

• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2–14
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
