Skillforce has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Manager in Richmond, VA.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, with a focus on business development and sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve company objectives in Richmond VA and the entire country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Strengthen Relationships – Engage with business owners, HR directors, and key decision-makers to understand their needsÂ
- Client Relationship Management – ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups to assess their needs, gather feedback, and by being their main point of contact to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Negotiate & Close Agreements – Facilitate high-value conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Manage & Expand Your Pipeline – Develop, maintain, identify and grow new/existing clients.Â
- Accelerate Career Growth – Take advantage of structured training and leadership development to expand your career.Â
- Monitor industry trends - Identify potential opportunities for growthÂ
- Maintain accurate records of sale activities, client interactions and pipeline status
- Attend industry events and networking functions to establish and strengthen client relationships
- Work closely and collaborate with recruiters to ensure alignment on client needs and services

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 base salary per yearÂ
