Schedule: Part Time- 7:30am-3:30 or 10:30am-7:00pmÂ
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Midlothian, VA, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Your attention to detail and compassionate service will ensure that our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals while dining in a welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:
Enhance the Dining Experience
- Greet residents and guests warmly as they enter the dining room
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area
Support Kitchen & Dining Operations
- Assist with food preparation, plating, covering, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Wash dishes, load/unload dishwashers, and store dishes properly
Who We’re Looking For:
 A team player who enjoys working with seniors!
- Patient, friendly, and service-oriented
- Dependable and well-groomed, following dress requirements
- Eager to learn and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Minimum age of 16
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service is a plus!
