Service Porter (1607)

Mechanicsville Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Service Porter to join our team and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department operation.

Job Purpose: The Service Porter plays a crucial role in supporting the service department by aiding in the service write-up process, providing customer assistance, and ensuring the dealership's facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Essential Duties:

• Move and park vehicles in a timely and safe manner
• Aid in the service write-up process and tag customer cars and trucks for service.
• Provide customers with rides to their homes or places of employment as needed.
• Clean and maintain the area around the service department and showroom to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
• Collect and distribute mail and handle other pick-ups and deliveries as required.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle machinery safely.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive across surrounding states to pick up our vehicles.
• Must be outgoing and able to give a good impression to customers.
