What you will do:

  • Set up, adjust shears and simultaneously operate multiple shears.
  • Operate controls of shears and auxiliary equipment to shear flat stock metal.
  • Obtain, handle, and dispose of metal stock and material scrap.
  • Lubricate shear equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow all Plant food safety procedures.

What you'll need to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with various hand tools and hoists, skids and electric hand trucks.
