As the local expert in聽automation and聽digital transformation, you plan and organize cross-functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs.聽You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation.
How you will contribute

In collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help develop and execute the local聽automation and聽digitalization agenda and lead initiatives according to agreed priorities. You will help deploy capital projects, ensuring they stay on budget, with senior supply chain leaders. In addition, you will work with local engineering teams with聽automation and聽digitalization projects and topics,聽monitor聽project progress during project聽development聽and participate in optimization efforts, incorporating feedback learnings for general adaptation for other engineering teams. You will also聽participate聽in a digital community of practice,聽contributing to聽your聽expertise. To excel in this role, you must聽demonstrate聽your knowledge of your technological area of expertise and develop more in-depth technical knowledge and聽demonstrate聽your highly refined influencing and presentation skills.聽

The聽Cluster聽Automation & Controls Lead聽is responsible for聽manufacturing聽automation systems聽and cybersecurity聽in terms of聽maintaining聽a constant聽high level聽of system reliability. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. He/she聽will be actively applying Mondelez Global Automation and Information Systems standards and procedures and聽is responsible for聽the ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and long-term聽activities,聽including financial聽planning聽to migrate obsolete systems into聽current聽supported hardware and software. He /she will actively support automation driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration.聽聽

Site Security Automation Lead:聽Is responsible for聽the following aspects for CCN based Automation/ control systems for a cluster of plants:聽
Develops,聽aligns聽and executes site roadmaps for聽Automation upgrades and聽Digital Manufacturing Transformation.聽
Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and fully聽utilize聽new聽automation and聽digital solutions that聽provide聽strong benefits for the cluster.聽聽
Execute Project Management responsibilities for the Capital projects as part of the聽Automation and聽Digital Manufacturing Transformation.聽聽
Owns benefit and saving tracking among project progression.聽
Day to Day Ops/Project Management responsibilities:聽Is responsible for聽the following aspects for CCN based Automation/ control systems -for a cluster of plants:聽
Responsible for聽day-to-day聽management site automation within the cluster聽
Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant cluster following MINT standards聽
Ensures site聽is following聽company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT)聽and cyber security聽
Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure incl delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components)聽
Issue escalation聽points聽for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security 路 Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support,聽maintenance聽and lifecycle management in line with the standards聽聽
Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements聽聽
Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems 路 Ensure聽alignment聽between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems聽聽
Collaborate聽with Cluster聽MDS聽lead and Plant Champion (Plant Maintenance Automation lead).聽
Develops capability for cybersecurity and automation within the Cluster.聽
Stakeholder management (focus on聽optimized聽user compliance, process performance, and customer satisfaction)聽聽
Development and execution of the Process, Control & Information Systems (PC&IS), including the Digitalization roadmap and tools implementation to increase the Digital Maturity Index in the site, considering 1)聽Computerizations, 2) Connectivity, 3) Visibility, 4) Transparency, 5) Predictive capacity, 6) Adaptability.聽聽
Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas聽
Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications聽
Travel requirements:
Richmond based role with quarterly travel to Long Island, NY.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite) (Core Hours)
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
