Employee Assistance Program for support when needed.     What You’ll Do: Verify install schedules, as well as daily and weekly schedules for on-site mechanics and helpers. Supervise mechanics and helpers, including arrival time on the job, quality of work being completed, and company vehicle condition. Order materials based off of specs, submittals, and takeoff to ensure that the materials are on site when needed. Responsible for installs per code/spec. QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring: 5+ years of verifiable experience in a commercial or industrial Plumbing role is required. High School diploma or GED is required. Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade. Journeyman license is required, Master’s is preferred. Completion of OSHA 30 certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.   What We Are Looking For: Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to communicate effectively with employees both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and effectively interpret blueprints and other construction materials. Ability to make effective decisions and have strong problem-solving skills. Must have knowledge of various systems’ local codes.
