Salary: $120,000–$130,000 (based on experience, skills, education, and location)

Summary

The PMO Lead is responsible for building and leading project management standards, governance, and best practices across the QSight product suite. This role ensures projects are aligned to strategy, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable value.

You’ll lead a team of project managers while also owning high-impact, customer-facing programs—driving projects from initiation through close, managing stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and evolve PMO frameworks, standards, and governance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers
  • Oversee project portfolio alignment, prioritization, and performance
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
  • Track KPIs and provide clear reporting on project health, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive resource planning and optimize utilization across projects
  • Lead stakeholder communication, risk management, and escalation
  • Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred)
  • 7–9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare or medical device preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
