Key Responsibilities & Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of staff, programming, and administrative operations at SOAR365. This role involves recruiting, training, and evaluating Direct Support Professionals while ensuring all team members remain compliant with mandatory certifications, such as CPR/First Aid and medication administration. Beyond personnel management, the supervisor drives program quality by designing purposeful activities, managing budgets and supplies, and fostering relationships with stakeholders and families to expand opportunities for participants. Administratively, the position ensures operational excellence through meticulous documentation auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and agency safety policies. Ultimately, the supervisor acts as a critical link between program leadership and daily execution, filling in as needed to provide direct support and ensure the seamless delivery of mission-aligned services.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of experience in human services or a related field, with a strong preference for a Bachelor's Degree and a proven track record of leading or supervising teams. This role requires a professional who can skillfully manage staff schedules, implement individualized service plans, and foster a creative, collaborative team environment. A deep understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities-including the application of positive behavioral supports and knowledge of Medicaid and licensure regulations-is essential. Additionally, the position demands exceptional organizational skills for documentation, a valid Virginia Driver's License, and the ability to obtain Medication Administration certification within 60 days of hire.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
