Systems Administrator – Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform system monitoring, backups, security checks, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Manage user accounts, storage, system resources, and server configurations.
• Provide Tier III support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and performance reports.
• Support capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years: IT Customer Support/Service
• 2+ years: Service Ticket Management, Desktop Application Support, Documentation, Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support
• Nice to Have: Server Maintenance, Network Support, IT Process Management (2+ years)
• Experience with VMware ESXi 7.x+, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, and Linux environments preferred.
