IN PERSON INTERVIEW ONLY

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
Perform system monitoring, backups, security checks, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Manage user accounts, storage, system resources, and server configurations.
Provide Tier III support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and performance reports.
Support capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.

Required Skills:

5+ years: IT Customer Support/Service
2+ years: Service Ticket Management, Desktop Application Support, Documentation, Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support
Nice to Have: Server Maintenance, Network Support, IT Process Management (2+ years)
Experience with VMware ESXi 7.x+, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, and Linux environments preferred.
