We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technical support for business enablement tools like Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Support and troubleshoot basic Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
- Drive training, workshops, and user adoption initiatives
- Communicate program status, risks, and updates to leadership
- Establish governance, best practices, and lifecycle processes
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years in technical program management or application delivery
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to build/troubleshoot Power Apps & Automate flows
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI, Dataverse
- Power Platform/Azure certifications
- Background in governance, training, or change management
- Public sector experience is a plus
