We stay on the cutting edge of dentistry, utilizing the most up-to-date technology and materials such as our iTero digital scanner. We focus on putting the needs of our patients above all else and by doing so, we can practice high-quality dentistry in a serene and blissful environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
  • Schedules and confirms patient appointments
  • Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments
  • Enters information on dental software in patient accounts
  • Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information
  • Collects all monies due for services rendered
  • Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
  • Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred
