Job Title:
(S) Service Manager

Overview:

• Manages the service department via work order system.
• Handles accidents and executes action to prevent reoccurrence.
• Advises employees on ways to minimize risk.
• Assures service team follows up with customers.

Typical Functions:

• Helps define goals for the department and then ensures they are met.
• Assures all company and government safety regulations are met.
• Conducts service department meetings.
• Handles warranty issues as needed.
• May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $55,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
