Job Title:
(S) Service Manager
Overview:
- Manages the service department via work order system.
- Handles accidents and executes action to prevent reoccurrence.
- Advises employees on ways to minimize risk.
- Assures service team follows up with customers.
Typical Functions:
- Helps define goals for the department and then ensures they are met.
- Assures all company and government safety regulations are met.
- Conducts service department meetings.
- Handles warranty issues as needed.
- May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED

Compensation Details:Â The expected rate of pay for this position is $55,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
