We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. West Broad VW is part of Page Auto Group which has proudly served the Richmond community for nearly 50 years. Position Summary The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for service customers, providing outstanding customer service while clearly communicating vehicle needs, repair recommendations, timelines, and costs.
