Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Location: 2533 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23223
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position for someone who works accurately, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a reliable team.

Daily Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare products and pallets for shipment
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and web-based systems
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Verify quantities and check products for damage
• Assist with inventory counts and record accuracy
• Report shipping or inventory discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Help the warehouse team complete daily priorities

Pay and Benefits

Work Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM daily
