Founded in 1985, We are an independent family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We have 5 wholesale distribution warehouses;

Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC

This is a Warehouse Operations Manager for our K&M Tire location located in Richmond VA.  We are seeking someone with a good work ethic, energetic, and positive attitude to ensure daily operations are efficient and provide excellent customer service to our customers.  This position is a hands-on, meaning this person will be handling tires on a daily basis. Ability to drive a forklift is a must, along with ability to lift 30-100lbs.

Responsibilities:

Work with DC Manager to manage the following:

• Manage/schedule employee hours/over-time
• Schedule inbound freight loads
• Manage logistics for deliveries to customers
• Greet walk-in customers for pickup
• Manage fleet maintenance/repair
• Co-Ordinate Building Maintenance repairs as needed
• Route check-in
• Bank Deposits
• Inventory Organization
• Ensure excellent customer service

Skills needed:

• Basic computer skills  (Microsoft word, excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
• Team leadership

Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 / year
