The Hilton Short Pump is a flagship property of Shamin Hotels, Central Virginia's largest hotel management company. The main purpose of this Banquet Server position is to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality of services in our Food & Beverage outlets. QualificationsThe position requires a guest service orientation and the capability to effectively communicate with guests and team members and the flexibility to work various schedules as business demands:   Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is helpful Excellent communication and guest service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
